My beer was bottled on Sunday and should be ready for a taste in 2-3 weeks. Well I already gave it a fresh taste, and it was yummy. Its got a bit of an amber flavor to it. Certainly can taste all of the malt, and the hops were rather subdued. Can't wait to enjoy.

I'm an avid fasion designer with a mind towards the influences of the post ancient condition on a pre modern society. I think beer is an amazing link between fashion and post political geodramatic developments in the western and easter world.
