No bubbles is good bubbles
My beer has stopped perculating lately. I think its almost time for it to go into bottles. I'm going to bottle it in 1/2 litre bottles. I believe we will be priming the bottles with amber malt instead of sugar. Yum. Priming is basically giving the yeast one more kick in the pants or I guess its more like sending them to one more Vegas buffet to eat themselves completley to death. The wart/mash (not sure what its called at this stage) as a nice dark hue to it, but its not black like guiness.
